Job Description: Customer Service Attendant

It is the mission of North End Suds to fulfill our customer’s expectations in every facet and provide them with an enjoyable laundry experience. We are committed to providing customers with a clean, safe and functional environment to complete their laundry duties.

 

All Customer Service Attendants Will:

Provide courteous service in a timely fashion to our customers
Assist customers with the use of debit card, ATM, service product and change machines
Complete wash and fold orders as they are dropped off during shift
Prepare dry cleaning orders for pick up
Check the restroom hourly for cleanliness and clean as needed
Patrol the parking lot for debris and remove accordingly
Complete general tidying up chores during downtime such as; sweep floors, wipe down machines, dust, and general perusal of cleanliness of the facility.

 

All Customer Service Attendants will be expected to wear:

North End Suds issued T-shirt, apron and visor
Jeans or khaki trousers
Closed toed flat heeled shoes
Limited jewelry and piercings in order to safely work around machines
It is expected that our customer service attendants will be neat and clean in appearance at all times

 

Qualifications:

All attendants must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent and provide a clear criminal background check.


Please note: Lifting, not to exceed 20 lbs. is required of all attendants.

 

Use of personal cell phone, I-Pads, and other devices are prohibited during paid shifts.
